When will the public inquiry take place?
The public inquiry will commence at 10am on 21 May 2024. Eight days have been reserved for the inquiry. However, the duration is not fixed and will depend on how the evidence emerges.
The Inspector instructed by the SoS is D Prentis BA, BPI, MRTPI
Will the Inspector visit the site?
The Inspector will visit the site and surrounding area in advance of the inquiry and, if necessary, after its close.
Where will the decision be published?
The decision on the appeal will be published on GOV.UK. A copy of the decision will be kept on the local planning authority’s statutory register.
