A notice of the council’s intentions to introduce these measures will be published in a local newspaper (South London Press), the London Gazette and on the council website.

Representations against the proposals must be made in writing to:

Barbara Poulter
Parking and Enforcement Group (Resident Services)
P.O. Box 734
Winchester
S023 5DG

Or, by email to tmoreps@lambeth.gov.uk quoting reference “WNTC” by no later than 19 January 2022. Objections must relate only to the elements of the scheme that are subject to this statutory consultation.

All representations along with Officers’ comments and recommendations will be presented in a final report to be considered by the council. This report will set out whether the council will introduce the proposals. The council is required to give weight to the nature and content of representations and not necessarily the quantity. Therefore, the reasons behind your representation are important to us.
