Consultations

Child Friendly Lambeth spent six months in 2022 consulting with a diverse range of more than 1500 local children and young people aged two to 25 about their opinions, experiences, and priorities for Lambeth.

Watch the below video to find out what they said!

As part of a series of Discovery Moments, children, young people, council colleagues, CFL partners and elected members were asked to vote (in person and virtually) on their choice of three UNICEF priorities that CFL should focus on for the next three-to-five years of the programme, based on the consultation results.

These priorities will be the foundations of the CFL Action Plan, each with tangible outcomes which outline how Lambeth works to become more child friendly according to what we’ve heard from young people in the borough over the next three-to-five-years. The delivery of these priorities and outcomes will rely on cross-council collaboration and multi-agency CFL partnership working.
