Once your child's Common Application Form has been submitted, no changes to preferences will be permitted after the deadline date. This is due to the processes involved in the Pan-London coordinated admissions procedure.
In addition to submitting your child's Common Application Form, you must attach set documents to confirm your and your child's address, and your child's date of birth.
Your child may not receive an offer of a school place if:
- applications are received without all the required proof of address documents by the admissions deadline - 31 October for secondary transfer and 14-19 applications, 15 January for reception and junior applications
- a late application has to be withdrawn because the address cannot not be verified
In addition, proof of your child's date of birth is required if not covered in the proof of address items. See what address and date of birth documents are required.
