The Lambeth Home to School Transport Policy 2023, sets out the London Borough of Lambeth’s policy for travel arrangements for children of statutory school age, aged 5-16 who are eligible for travel support to and from their school/place of learning, other than those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, (SEND) and/or an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP).
Lambeth Council is committed to ensuring that eligible children and young people are provided with suitable travel arrangements to facilitate their attendance at school.
This policy aims to clarify the arrangements for children and young people attending mainstream schools and education provision, including:

- How to apply
- How decisions are made
- What to do if parents do not agree with an outcome
