Apply for a 14-19 provision place for 2024-25

Use this guide to help you when applying for a 14 – 19 provision place for the 2024 – 25 academic year

Before you apply

It's important to know how the transfer process to UTCs, Studio Schools and other 14-19 providers works, and what you need to do and when. This is because some UTCs and Studio Schools require applications to be made directly to them.

Read our booklet for full information about the admissions process.

Starting 14-19 provision in Lambeth 2024-25 booklet

It is advisable that you visit the 14-19 provider and look at a UTC's Ofsted report when considering which provider to apply for.

Children with special educational needs and, or disabilities (SEND)

If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), you'll need to apply for a school place in a different way.

Read about choosing and applying for a school for a child with an ECHP in the SEND Local Offer.

Applying for a school place using the eAdmissions website when your child has an EHCP will not be valid and your child may miss out on a school place.

If you don't live in Lambeth

If you live in a different borough but want to send your child to a school in Lambeth, please apply through your home council's website so that you the see information for your borough.

Applying for schools in a different borough

If you want to apply for a school in a different borough you'll still need to apply through the Lambeth school admissions team and follow the application process on this page.

You can find the school admissions details for school places in neighbouring boroughs.
