Regulation 19 consultation on the SADPD PSV took place from Friday 8 March to Friday 3 May 2024. A second Regulation 19 consultation took place between Tuesday 18 June and Tuesday 13 August 2024.
Any comments received after 13 August 2024 have not been accepted.
Comments were invited on whether the SADPD PSV was legally compliant and met the tests of ‘soundness’ as set out in the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF)(paragraph 35).
This consultation was in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
