Types of membership

There are 3 types of Pay and Play memberships.

Adult Pay and Play (16+ years) - An adult membership gives you up to 45 percent discount on standard Active Lambeth leisure centre prices, plus 6-day advance for online and phone bookings.

Junior Pay and Play (5-15 years) - An affordable way for young people to enjoy their favourite activities at Active Lambeth leisure centres.

Senior Pay and Play (60+ years) - An affordable way for older people to enjoy their favourite activities at Active Lambeth leisure centres.

You can use the Pay and Play membership at the following Active Lambeth leisure centres:

Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

Concessions

You can apply for a concessionary Pay and Play membership if you receive one or more of the following:

  • Council Tax Support
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Disabled Person’s Tax Credit
  • Health Service Certificate HC2/HC3
  • Housing Benefit
  • Incapacity Benefit and/or Incapacity Benefit Youth (IBY)
  • Income Support
  • Invalid Care Allowance
  • Jobseekers Allowance
  • Maternity allowance or statutory maternity pay (Mat B1 form)
  • Severe Disablement Allowance (SDA)
  • Working Families Tax Credit

Or if you are:

  • over 60 years of age
  • a school student aged 16–19 years old
  • a resident Lambeth foster carer
  • a full-time student or further education student
  • a student nurse or medical student (a letter from your hospital is required)
  • a Lambeth active referral participant
