June 2024 — Statutory consultation delay
The Mayor of London and London Assembly Elections took place on Thursday 2 May 2024 and in light of Pre-Election Rules on Publicity (PERP), statutory consultation on the CPZ and Healthy Route and Street Improvements trial (including traffic management measures), were both postponed.
Due to the recent announcement of the General Election on 4 July 2024, the same publicity restrictions apply from 31 May 2024.
As a result, to comply with these restrictions, the statutory consultation on the CPZ and Healthy Route as well as the Street Improvements trial (including traffic management measures) have been further postponed.
