Have your say on Better Start Children's Centre Parent Satisfaction Survey

Purpose/Background

Lambeth Council, in partnership with its Better Start Children’s Centres, carries out an annual Parent Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback on parents’ experiences of using children’s centre services. 

We are inviting you to Have your say on Better Start Children’s Centres, part of Lambeth’s Family Hub network offer. 

Whatever your experience of Better Start Children’s Centres has been, whether it's bringing along your baby? Stayed and played with your toddler? Developed your skills in an ESOL class or helped to create a mosaic? Or perhaps a Better Start worker has given you and your family some support? 

We want to hear from you.  This feedback is used to ensure that the service meets the needs of families across the borough, and to identify any areas for improvement.
