Moreover, if this is not possible please may you advise where we can obtain Section 38 highways agreement information?

Roads where we have S38 agreement and upcoming S38 agreement 

S38 agreed

  1. Development known as Kings Avenue, Clapham Park – Various road(see attachment). The 12 month maintenance period was completed last year, minor defects needs to be rectified before the adoption is completed.

Upcoming S38 agreement

  1. Cobbett Street - South Lambeth Estate
  2. Thornton Park, 44 Clapham Common South Side, London SW4 9BU.
