Your question
I would like to know the total materials that were, for the purpose of the renovation of the grass and ground restructuring, placed on or removed from the terrain just SW of the basketball courts on Clapham Common (which the council calls the "event site"; here https://goo.gl/maps/vx4JPZFvbJDRjdSq6) in the period 2015-2022.
In particular, I am interested in the amount in tonnes of: Topsoil added Topsoil removed Sand added Rubble, clinker, gravel and so on added or removed
Our response
Lambeth council do not hold this information, but our contractor Idverde have provided a very a very brief estimate of materials used in this project.
- Removed material from site 1400 tons
Delivered to site:
- Topdressing 500 tons
- Sharp Sand 600 tons
- Concrete 4 m3
- Seed 200 bags 20kg
- Fertiliser 600 bags 20kg
