This request concerns the ban on motor vehicles introduced in The Cut SE1 (on the Southwark/Lambeth border) in October 2020, enforced by camera.
I understand that since my earlier request on this subject, an agreement on enforcement has been made between the two boroughs.
For each week since enforcement began, please list:
- the number of motor vehicles recorded as travelling along the restricted section of the street
- the number of penalty charge notices issued
- the value of those notices
For each of the last 3 complete months, please list:
- the total value of penalty charge notices issued
- iithe total amount received to date in respect of those notices
Our response
- restrictions on The Cut (Waterlook) haven't been enforced yet.
