Our response

Information about Lambeth’s engagement with neighbouring boroughs under the duty to cooperate is included in the Authority’s Monitoring Report (AMR) – the latest published edition of which relates to 2019/20.  Lambeth AMR 2019-20.

 Within this is a link to the Duty to Cooperate statement we produced for the examination of the Lambeth Local Plan 2021.

In respect of decision-making, Lambeth will often respond to formal consultation requests from adjoining local planning authorities relating to planning applications they are considering. Details of such applications are publicly available on the council’s planning applications database using the advanced search function.

 These applications can be identified by selecting ‘Observations from adjoining Borough’ in the Application Type drop down list.
