Your request
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to make the following request for information relating to the learning disability and autism services in your local authority.
- Residential homes (including profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD) services and respite care)
- The average (arithmetic mean as a percentage) annual fee uplift (inflationary uplift) you have implemented for each of the last five years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022) for externally provided learning disability and autism services (not your in-house services) for each of the service types as follows:
- Residential homes (including profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD) services and respite care

- day services, For each year, the council has offered providers a 1% increase in fees. Providers are able to appeal this uplift and provide evidence as to why the increase should be more which the council considers and either offers a higher amount or continues with the 1% offer.

d. Domiciliary care
For each year, the council has offered providers an amount that corresponds to an increase in costs related to London Living Wage increases for providers on the approved provider list. For providers not on the approved provider list a 1% increase in fees has been offered.. Providers are able to appeal this uplift and provide evidence as to why the increase should be more which the Council considers and either offers a higher amount or continues with the existing offer.
