- Please advise how many times and on what dates the authority has resolved to acquire land under s227 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 since 1 January 2017.
- Please advise how many times and on what dates the authority has resolved to acquire land under s17 of the Housing Act 1985 since 1 January 2017.
- Please supply copies of the relevant reports to committee for the transactions identified in response to questions 1 and 2 above.
Our response
- Since 1 January 2017 the Council has resolved to acquire land under s227 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 once. This was in December 2018. Please see the link to the report: CPO - Cabinet Report - South Lambeth V12 12108 - final jh - 061218.pdf
- The council has not made any acquisitions under s17 of the Housing Act 1985 since 1January 2017.
