- I would like to know details of your current awarded lift maintenance and stair lift maintenance contracts within the council authority.
- How many lift units are on these contracts and what date does your current agreement end and who is responsible in the council for running each contract (Name, Job title and email address).

Our response
- The two current contracts awarded for both the remits are; South and Central Areas- Apex Lifts; North Area- Precision Lift Services Ltd.
- We have 464 passenger lifts and 284 stair lifts, the stair lift remit changes as and when units come out of warranty, we take them on for maintenance.
- Current agreement ends on the 12 July 2021.
