Lift maintenance and stair lift maintenance contracts.

  • I would like to know details of your current awarded lift maintenance and stair lift maintenance contracts within the council authority.

Our response

  • The two current contracts awarded for both the remits are; South and Central Areas- Apex Lifts; North Area- Precision Lift Services Ltd.
  • We have 464 passenger lifts and 284 stair lifts, the stair lift remit changes as and when units come out of warranty, we take them on for maintenance.
  • Current agreement ends on the 12 July 2021.
