Please can you inform me about the average waiting time for Band c2, 0, 2/3 bedroom to receive housing as well as how many people in band c2 were housed in 2021/22.
Our response
On 21/12/2022 there are 5,070 households waiting to bid successfully for permanent housing in Band C2 with a 2 or 3-bedroom rehousing need. They have been waiting an average of 83.8 months, 6.9 years.
A total of 91 households were rehoused from Band C2 (all bedroom sizes) in 2021/22.
