our questions
- please can I ask for the following adult social care data for the periods 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 and for any months in 2022/2023 where the data has been collected:P
- please can I also ask for a copy of the internal council's processes and guidance for social care professionals employed by the council who attend multi disciplinary meetings with the NHS to assess people for NHS continuing healthcare.
