A summary of the service charge collections process

When you do not pay your service charge invoice(s) as agreed in the terms of your lease, the Council will send you chaser letters requesting payment.

We send different letters depending on what stage of the arrears process your debt is at. Read the full Arrears Collections Procedure May 2022 (PDF 249KB).
