Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I hereby request all details held by the council in relation to parking suspension LSS0128411, excluding any personal data. In particular please could you provide the suspension logs showing when the suspensions were requested and by whom, when the signs were printed, when they were installed, and when they were removed. I also understand there will be a log of the VRMs of vehicles that were parked when the suspension sign was put up, while I appreciate the VRMs themselves are personal data and cannot be disclosed, I would nonetheless like to see a redacted copy of this log.
Please also supply any photos taken at the time the signs were put up, including photos of any vehicles that were present at the time the signs were put up.
