Photofusion is an arts and community space in Brixton, South London. We have been supporting photographers in greater London, and nationally, for over 30 years as a photographic resource and education centre, with darkrooms, gallery space, printing facilities and youth engagement outreach programmes that foster local, and underrepresented, talent. Founded in 1991 by female photographers aiming to challenge media portrayals of women, Photofusion continues to prioritise representation, inclusion, and diversity and has helped launch the careers of many prominent UK photographers.
