Routes - Summer Programme

For a week, young people come to Omnibus and work together to create a play using their imagination with the help of our experts, and every day they receive a free breakfast, healthy snack, and hot lunch. Our facilitators start with fun ice breakers and drama games.

They then help the young people decide what genre of play they'd like to create and support their ideas. We prepare and serve healthy meals onsite, and we provide the technicians, lights, props, and sound for the performance.

We have worked with children who are neurodivergent or have global development delays. Our facilitators are experienced in supporting children with related requirements, and drama/structured play are essential skills for children who require support in developing key communication and social skills. Omnibus is step free, suitable for wheelchair/mobility aid users.
