Shamari Nicole Fletcher

My name is Shamari, welcome to Early Nurturing Childminding. My love for childcare began in 2005 when I applied for my level 3 childcare course. In 2007 I started my first job in a nursery as a Nursery Nurse which allowed me to put what I have studied into practice and learn more about children, their abilities and how they develop.

I attended university furthering my studies in Early Childhood, following university I applied for another Room Leader role. I progressed to third in charge, allowing me to supervise others, monitor children’s development/milestones in line with the EYFS.

As an Ofsted registered Childminder, I am passionate about providing first class childcare, in a warm, nurturing and safe home environment.
