We want your views on the disposal of open space land in Royal Street to improve healthcare provision in the borough.

Notice Under The Local Government Act 1972 s.123 (2A) (as amended) of intention to dispose of Open Space Land.

The Mayor and Burgesses of The London Borough of Lambeth (hereinafter called the Council) intends to transfer four parcels of Open Space land totaling 879 sq.metres to Guy’s and St Thomas’s Charity to enable a major redevelopment of Royal Street and improve healthcare provision in the borough. The location plan shows the sites to be disposed.
