Oasis Children’s Venture — Stockwell
OasisPlay offers young people with disabilities and complex needs access to inclusive after school club sessions at the Nature Garden and Adventure Playground. Providing a fun space for children to make choices, take risks and have freedom within their play. Activities include:
- arts & crafts
- cooking
- cycling
- woodwork
- gardening
- nature play
- sports
- karting
All sessions are fully inclusive and OasisPlay encourage children with disabilities to engage with their non-disabled peers and make the necessary adjustments to all sessions and activities to allow for different levels of ability.
Young people can get involved in volunteering at Oasis, helping with site maintenance, gardening, events and running activities forour service users.
Age - 5 to 16 years old. 15 – 25 years old can apply to be supported volunteers.
Times - After School Club: Tuesday to Friday 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm.
Weekend: Saturdays 10.30am to 4.00 pm also Karting clubs available on Saturday with 1:4 support staff available on site
Holiday Activities: Monday to Friday 10.30 am to 4.00 pm
Activities available across the 3 Oasis sites during holidays with regular trips and off-site activities including swimming, cinema, sports trips, theatre plus more.
